At the moment, we only offer our pre-made designs.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 3–4 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@japanteez.com.
We don’t offer returns and exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order at info@japanteez.com. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used.

DTF printed apparel should be handled with care to keep the print looking great:
- Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
- Use your washer’s recommended amount of detergent.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- You may tumble dry on low, but air drying is preferred to extend the life of the print.
- If needed, iron inside-out with a cool iron.
⚠️ Never iron directly on the print. - Avoid high temperatures when washing or drying to prevent fading, cracking, or shrinking.
By following these instructions, your garment will stay fresh and the print will last much longer.
